Having trained at Leicester Polytechnic, now De Montfort University, David worked in London gaining experience working on shopping centre schemes, refurbishments for Grosvenor and Cadogan Estates, and ‘high end’ private residential refurbishments. Adrian Crees MArch BA(Hons) DipArch ARB RIBA
Senior Associate

Bio
Adrian completed his architectural training at the University of Huddersfield, and has over nineteen years post qualification experience. After several years spent in a small practice gaining a thorough grounding in all aspects of an Architects’ work in the residential, commercial, healthcare, conservation and education sectors, a move was made to a larger practice, designing and managing large scale new build and refurbishment projects for a national retail Client.

With a desire to move back to a smaller practice to contribute towards its development and growth, Adrian has been working in the current business for the last twelve years, expanding his knowledge of the healthcare and residential sectors, with the design and implementation of nursing and dementia care facilities, extra care schemes, private and developer residential schemes, social housing, and works to Listed Buildings.

Away from the work environment, Adrian enjoys sailing, has interests in aviation and motor racing, and is an active volunteer on the Mid-Hants Railway ‘Watercressline’ heritage steam railway.
